• Goods will usually be posted within a day or two of recieving your order. You will be contacted if there are any delays.

• We only supply goods to UK and Northern Ireland residents.

• Goods will be delivered by Royal Mail or by hand.

All postal delivery is carried out by Royal Mail. All parcels will be delivered within 2-3 working days including Saturdays.

The price for Royal Mail delivery is based on the mass of product you buy, and a little protective packaging. This will be automatically calculated for you at the checkout.

All prices shown are for small parcel sizes. Prices are of 2nd 7th April 2024.

**Small parcels up to 2 kg cost:

—> £3.99 for first class

—> £3.19 for second class

**Parcels up to 5 kg cost:

—> £7.19 for first class

—> £6.19 for second class

All parcels are mailed second class unless first class is requested by you.

We do not make any profit from any delivery charges paid by you, the customer.

If you live close to our base of operations, we will hand deliver your order and refund your postal costs.

Specifically, only orders coming from Ashfield, Kinbuck, Glassingal, Cairnstone, Braco, Dunblane and Bridge of Allan will be hand delivered. We will deliver to Bridge of Allan Monday to Thursday only.
